Gul Ansari

Gul Ansari has extensive experience in various leadership roles within the staffing and recruitment industry. Starting in 2005, they worked as a Resource Mining/Support Team Member at Rose International before becoming a Team Lead at Acro Service Corp in 2006. From 2007 to 2012, Gul served as a Team Lead at Rose International, where they led the Staffing and Recruiting team for the Texas branch. In 2012, they joined Pyramid Consulting, Inc. as an Associate Manager in Resourcing. At ICONMA from 2013 to 2016, Gul held the position of Delivery Operations Manager, overseeing account delivery for multiple MSP/VMS customers and establishing strong client relationships. Gul then joined eTeam as a Senior Service Delivery Manager, where they successfully improved the performance of the Volkswagen Client and became the go-to person for troubled accounts. In 2018, Gul joined IDC Technologies, Inc. as a Business Unit Head for a brief period before returning to eTeam in 2018. From 2019 to 2020, they served as the Associate Vice President of Service Delivery at eTeam. In 2020, Gul joined High5 as a Vice President, contributing to the development of the world's first global work enablement platform. Most recently, they have taken on the role of Vice President at eTeam since 2021. Gul's experience showcases their ability to lead teams, drive revenue growth, and deliver excellent service to clients.

Gul Ansari has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus in Finance & HR from Swami Vivekanand Subharti University (SVSU), Meerut. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Application from the same university. Gul Ansari also received a High School degree in Humanities/Humanistic Studies from Kendriya Vidyalaya. In terms of additional certifications, Gul has obtained various certifications including Ideation for Leaders from SHRM, Managing Up, Down, and Across the Organization from the Project Management Institute, and LinkedIn Certified Professional - Recruiter from LinkedIn, among others.
