Terri Leisten

Terri Leisten is the President at Dynamic Workforce Solutions, and has over 25 years of experience in working with underprivileged youth. Terri started their career as the Vice President of Youth Services at ResCare, and then later became the Vice President of Excel Alternatives, Inc. In 2010, they joined Business Access as their Chief Operating Officer.

During their time at Business Access, Terri managed the sales and implementation of innovative technology that helps families bridge the digital divide and changes the trajectory of their economic lives. Business Access programs have been studied by universities, foundations, and government agencies, and their results have been astounding. Their successes include statistics such as 84% off welfare up to seven years after program exit; 89% employed; 94% job retention; 78% reduction in recidivism, and more.

In their current role as President at Dynamic Workforce Solutions, Terri is continuing their work in helping underserved populations find success in their careers.
