Tom Summar

Tom Summar is the current Regional Director at Dynamic Workforce Solutions. Prior to this, they were the Director of Education and Training at ResCare from October 2009 to July 2016. Tom has also previously worked as the Director of Education & Training at Rescar from January 2004 to December 2011.

Tom Summar received their MHR from Oklahoma State University.

Tom Summar reports to Paul Dunn, CEO. Tom Summar works with Scott Amey - EVP & GM Workforce Services, Shellonda Rucker - Regional Director & Director, OSO, and Nancy Kantoff - VP, Human Possibilities.
