Marcel Rduch

Marcel Rduch has extensive work experience, starting in 2008 as an Intern Onsite Marketing at eBay. Marcel then worked as a Performance Marketing Manager at HRS Hotel Reservation Service in 2009 and as a Marketing Manager at VZ Netzwerke Ltd from 2009 to 2011. Marcel then moved on to clickworker GmbH as an Online Marketing Manager from 2011 to 2012. Marcel joined Maxymiser in 2012 and held the roles of Managing Consultant from 2012 to 2014 and Head of Telco, Services & Utilities EMEA from 2015 to 2017. Marcel is currently working at Dynamic Yield, where they have progressed from Senior Manager Customer Success in 2017, to Customer Success Director EMEA from 2018 to 2022, then RVP Customer Success EMEA from 2022 to 2023, and currently holds the position of Vice President of Customer Success.

Marcel Rduch obtained their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from FHDW Bielefeld, where they studied from 2004 to 2007.
