Vivian Ly

Vivian Ly is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in content strategy, community building, and customer success across various industries. Currently serving as the CS Content Marketing & Community Strategy Lead for Dynamic Yield by Mastercard since September 2020, Vivian has established the Rooted Personalization Hub and has been instrumental in the company's recognition as a Gartner Magic Quadrant Leader. Previously, Vivian held roles as a Customer Success Manager at Listrak and Dynamic Yield, as well as an Account Manager and Account Executive at Houzz, contributing significantly to client engagement and growth. Early career experiences include executive recruiting and brand ambassadorship. Vivian holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo and has furthered education at Product School.
