Charles brings over 20 years of business development, full-cycle recruitment, and people management experience to Dynamics. He has held several senior leadership roles, including Head of Business Development for contract to hire and permanent placement for accounting, finance, audit, and tax professionals. He specializes in coaching new staff and the build-out of Dynamics’ non-FS division for accounting, finance, audit, and tax professionals ranging from staff through CFO.
