Arlind Okaj is a Job Captain at Dynamik Design since October 2022, with extensive experience in architecture and urban planning. Prior to this role, Arlind worked as an Architect for the Municipality of Tirana from March 2012 to October 2019, where responsibilities included defining technical standards for development and supervising regulatory and detailed local plans. Arlind gained initial experience through internships at the Bank of Albania and Sfera Studio, focusing on project implementation and construction documentation, as well as assisting in urban planning projects during a summer internship at the Municipality of Shkodra. Arlind holds a Master’s Degree in Architecture and Urban Design from Politechnika Krakowska im. Tadeusza Kościuszki and has furthered education in international studies and spatial planning across various institutions, including Life Academy in Sweden and the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
