Aditi Deshpande

Aditi Deshpande has extensive work experience in various engineering roles in the pharmaceutical industry. Aditi is currently the Director at DynamixE, Inc. since September 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Takeda from 2019 to 2022, serving as the Head of Maintenance and Reliability Engineering from March 2020 to February 2022 and as a Manager of Process Engineering from June 2019 to March 2020. Before their time at Takeda, they worked at Shire from 2015 to 2018, where they held the positions of Manager of Process Engineering from November 2016 to October 2018 and Manager of Plant Engineering from 2015 to 2016. Aditi also worked at Baxalta from 2011 to 2015 as a Principal Engineer, and at Baxter International Inc. from 2005 to 2011, starting as a Process Engineer and later becoming a Senior Engineer in Process Engineering.

Aditi Deshpande completed their Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from Mumbai University Mumbai between the years 1999 to 2003. Subsequently, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Southern California from 2003 to 2005.
