Molly Sargent

Molly Sargent currently serves as the Lead Process Engineer at DynamixE, Inc., focusing on Commissioning, Qualification, and Validation (CQV) for process systems and equipment. Since May 2012, Molly has also worked as an Engineering Associate with the Vermont Air National Guard, where responsibilities include surveying land using advanced GPS and surveying technology, as well as data analysis in Trimble Business Center, ArcGIS, and AutoCAD. Prior experience includes roles at High Purity New England, where Molly held positions from Mechanical Design Engineer to Engineering Supervisor and Single Use Technology Engineering Manager, overseeing design teams and creating technical drawings for single-use technology. Additional experience includes positions as a Measure Technician at Home Depot, a research intern with Vermont EPSCoR focusing on climate change studies, and an estimating intern at Vermont Heating & Ventilating Co Inc. Molly holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Vermont, earned between 2013 and 2017.
