Nynke Schrikkema

Nynke Schrikkema is an experienced professional in social work and community engagement, currently serving as a Participatiemedewerker at Dynamo since February 2023, focusing on the integration of refugees and youth participation. Prior to this role, Nynke contributed as a pedagogical employee at Natuurfontein, facilitating nature-related programs, and at Montris kinderopvang for a brief period. Previous experience includes project leadership at Stichting Nacht van de Ommetjes, where organizational facilitation and community communication were key responsibilities. Nynke has also held roles as a wijkdocent at HAN Allesbinder, assistant on a youth film project at New Rootz, and has undergone multiple internships in youth work and community engagement. Nynke holds a Bachelor of Social Work from Hogeschool van Arnhem en Nijmegen, completed in 2018.
