Sadhana Tahdil-Shankar

Sadhana Tahdil-Shankar is an experienced professional in social work and personal guidance with a focus on vulnerable populations, particularly those with mild intellectual disabilities and psychiatric conditions. Currently serving as a Buurtteammedewerker at Dynamo since October 2021, Sadhana has held several similar roles, including ambulant persoonlijk begeleider at Ilaria B.V. and Bea Zorg, as well as at AZOMA. Previous experience includes research assistant positions at Erasmus School of Health Policy & Management, performing studies on mental health and social relationships among youth. Sadhana has a strong educational background with a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work and Services from Inholland University of Applied Sciences and an MBO in Social Juridical Services from ROC van Amsterdam.
