Dynapac Co., Ltd. is mainly engaged in the manufacture and sale of packaging materials and its related business. The Packaging Material-related segment manufactures and sells corrugated fiberboard sheets and cases, printed paper products, decorated corrugated fiberboard, paper trays, micro flute corrugated board, offset printings, gravure printings, plastic films, corrugated fiberboard cushions and chemical products, among others. The Real Estate segment is engaged in the leasing of real estate properties. As of December 31, 2012, the Company had 11 subsidiaries and one associated company. In June, 2014, the Company set up a wholly owned subsidiary Dynapac (Philippines) Inc.
