Jamie Mordarski

Jamie Mordarski has extensive experience in the renewable energy sector, currently serving as the Head of AMS Service Operations at Dynapower since February 2024. Prior to this role, Jamie was with SMA America for nearly 15 years, where responsibilities included directing the O&M department, managing over 100 employees, and overseeing the operations and asset management of over 1,000 photovoltaic plants across the Americas. Jamie's background includes roles as Senior Manager for O&M, Field Service Manager, and Field Engineering Supervisor, focusing on PV operations and maintenance. Previous experience includes leadership positions at FuelCell Energy, A.W. Chesterton Company, ASML, and service in the US Navy as a Submarine Nuclear Propulsion Plant Supervisor. Jamie holds several certifications and degrees related to solar energy, UAV operation, thermography, mechanical engineering, and nuclear power.
