Luis Serrano Avilés is an experienced professional in technology and rubber research, currently serving as Director of Technology and Global R&D and New Products Development Manager at Grupo Dynasol since January 2016. Previously, Luis held various roles at Repsol from September 2002 to December 2015, including Senior Rubber Technologist and Pilot Plant Leader, focusing on R&D project management and operational safety procedures. Additional experience includes research at Fraunhofer ICT and Lucent Technologies Bell Labs innovations.
