Brendan Bell

As Chief of Staff, Mr. Bell acts as the main point of contact between Dynasty team members and senior management, providing operating leverage to Mr. Penney and enabling him to work most effectively with internal and external partners. Previously, Mr. Bell supported the Network Development team in strategic initiatives towards expanding the firm’s footprint in the market, as well as providing leverage in managing existing pipelines through the use of technology. Prior to joining Dynasty, Mr. Bell was a post-graduate fellow in the Department of Biomedical Engineering at Yale University, where his research focused on cancer immunotherapy. He was published for his work exploring the immunotherapeutic effects of nanoparticle biophysical parameter manipulation. Mr. Bell also filed a patent for an aortic filter designed to prevent stroke during cardiac intervention. He received a BS in Chemistry as a member of the Honors Program at Boston College.
