Kacper Leśniak

Gameplay Programmer at Dynasty Studios

Kacper Leśniak has a diverse range of work experience. Kacper started their career as a Software Development Intern at VoiceLab in 2017. The following year, they joined Sabre Corporation as an Associate Software Developer, where they worked until 2019. In 2020, they became a Backend Developer at Shape and later transitioned into the role of Student Backend Developer until 2021. During this time, they also worked as a Gameplay Programmer at Eddaheim from 2021 to 2022. Kacper then joined Københavns Universitet - University of Copenhagen as a Research Assistant from 2021 to 2022. Currently, they are employed at Dynasty Studios as a Gameplay Programmer, and they were recently promoted to the position of Senior Gameplay Programmer in February 2023. In their current role, they are responsible for creating gameplay systems in Unreal using C++ and Blueprints, working with the Gameplay Ability System and network replication.

Kacper Leśniak completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from AGH University of Krakow in 2019. Kacper then pursued a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from Københavns Universitet - University of Copenhagen, which they recently completed in 2021. In addition to their formal education, Kacper has obtained various certifications in Cloud Architecture, Docker, Cloud Computing, Cloud Native Twelve-Factor Applications, and Microservices Foundations from LinkedIn, with the years ranging from 2018 to 2019.
