Alma Rivera

Alma Rivera has extensive experience in client services and project management, currently serving as Client Services Team Lead at Dynata since January 2015, where roles have included Senior Project Manager and Project Manager. Prior to Dynata, Alma worked at The CMI Group, Inc. from 2008 to 2015, holding positions as Account Resolution Specialist and Bilingual Customer Service Representative. Alma holds a degree in Applied Arts and Sciences from the University of North Texas, completed in 2019, as well as an Associate of Science from Dallas College North Lake Campus, earned in 2014.
