Daniel Ilie

Daniel Ilie is a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Dynata, where they focus on ensuring a positive candidate experience and maintaining strong relationships with managers and external partners. They work collaboratively with the EMEA HR Team to meet recruitment needs and have previously held roles as a Recruitment Specialist at tazz by eMAG and Smithfield Romania, managing recruitment processes and organizing campaigns. Daniel has also gained experience as a Recruitment Consultant at Gi Group and as a Finance Trainee at Valeo. They hold a degree in Communication from Universitatea „Politehnica” din Timișoara.
