Roberts Kaplans

Roberts Kaplans is an accomplished design professional with extensive experience in user experience (UX) and design leadership. Currently serving as the Head of UX and Design at Dynatech since June 2022, Kaplans also owns Furnf, a position held since March 2012. Previous roles include Head of UX at Citadele banka from January 2017 to June 2022, and Senior UI/UX Designer and Team Lead. Additionally, Kaplans contributed to education as a UX/UI course lecturer at Riga CODING School in late 2021. Earlier professional experience includes Art Director at SEB and Graphic Designer at Parex Bank. Kaplans holds a Master of Arts degree and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Latvijas Makslas Akademija, completed in 2012 and 2008, respectively.
