Alison Jacques

Alison Jacques is a Cybersecurity Compliance Analyst and Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in vendor risk management, SOC 2 evidence coordination, and security issue triage. They have worked at Dynatrace since 2018 and previously held roles such as Program Director at PTC and Program Manager at MSL. With a strong background in project management across various IT disciplines, Alison has earned certifications as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Scrum Master (CSM). They are currently pursuing an MBA at Boston University and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy at Georgetown University, having also completed a Master’s program in Religion at Harvard Extension School.
