Josef Niedermeier is an accomplished software engineer with extensive experience in designing and developing Big Data processing software, particularly in the cyber security domain. Currently serving as a Principal Software Engineer at Dynatrace since September 2022, Josef has previously held senior development roles at Teckro and Dun and Bradstreet, where responsibilities included developing social data mining applications. Proficient in technologies such as Java, Scala, Hadoop, and Vertica, Josef's experience encompasses multiple roles in software development and architecture across various companies, including Hewlett Packard Enterprise and DERI. Josef holds a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Vacuum Physics from Charles University, completed in 1988.
