Marko Lončarević

Marko Lončarević is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in recruitment and talent management across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Advisor at Dynatrace since August 2024, Marko has previously held significant roles, including Talent Acquisition Manager at goUrban and Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Bitpanda. Additionally, experience as a Senior Recruiter/Talent Sourcer at Bitmovin and Recruitment Specialist at Kolektiv d.o.o. has contributed to a robust understanding of full cycle recruitment processes across diverse markets, including the EU, Gulf region, and the U.S. Marko's early career involved impactful work on the "Economic Empowerment of Srebrenica" project, focusing on youth and entrepreneurship in the region. Marko holds both a Master’s and Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the Faculty of Philosophy in Sarajevo.
