Michael S. is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in global operations and customer experience. Currently serving as Senior Director of Global Operations - Customer Experience at Dynatrace since May 2015, Michael has held various leadership roles within the company, including Director of Global Operations and Director of Dynatrace ONE.
