Michael S.

Michael S. is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in global operations and customer experience. Currently serving as Senior Director of Global Operations - Customer Experience at Dynatrace since May 2015, Michael has held various leadership roles within the company, including Director of Global Operations and Director of Dynatrace ONE. Prior to Dynatrace, Michael worked at Compuware as an APM Guardian Consultant and participated in the Professional Development Program. Michael's career began at Becton Dickinson, where a role as Service Instructor honed communication skills through the training of nursing and environmental services employees. Michael holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Information Systems and SAP from Central Michigan University.
