Nicole Fitzpatrick

Nicole oversees all legal and regulatory matters for Dynatrace’s operations worldwide and is responsible for driving our global Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) program. She offers over 20 years of broad legal practice encompassing direct experience with and exposure to all major legal disciplines, including as a partner at Goodwin Procter and, most recently, as Deputy General Counsel and Chief ESG Officer at Akamai Technologies. Outside of work, Nicole volunteers with numerous philanthropic organizations, including in leadership roles with the Women’s Foundation of Boston, The Meadowbrook School, and Girls on the Run, Greater Boston. Nicole earned degrees from the University of Virginia School of Law and Boston College.
