Bryan Tracey has over 25 years of experience in sales and sales management. Bryan began their career in 1993 as a Strategic Account Sales Representative for The Reynolds and Reynolds Company, where they sold SaaS and on-prem legacy ERP, CRM, web solutions, document management, network, and process consulting in the Silicon Valley and Southern California. During this time, they achieved multiple award clubs and mentored new hires. From 2008 to 2013, Tracey worked at SmartTech Enterprises as the Western Division Vice President of Sales and Service, where they ran the company's marketing-based automotive customer loyalty and retention business and grew sales in the Western Region by over 100%. From 2014 to 2019, they served as the Vice President of Sales at DealerBuilt, where they designed the company's sales process, quotas, comp plans, regions, and hired and fired. Most recently, Tracey worked at CDK Global as the Director of Sales from 2019 to 2022, where they managed and coached a team selling new name accounts an ERP Industry Cloud AKA DMS/CRM. During their time there, they hired 5 new employees and brought the region back from near 0% to 115% of quota in under a year. Currently, they are the Market President at Dynatron Software, Inc., the industry leader in data analytics and consulting for franchised automotive dealership fixed operations.
