Matthew Reich

Matthew Reich is a Mechanical Engineer with extensive experience in manufacturing and project engineering. Currently employed at Dynavac since December 2023, Matthew previously worked as a Manufacturing Engineer at Winchester Interconnect, where a significant achievement included prototyping and designing over 150 tools and fixtures using SolidWorks. Prior roles include developing heat circulating systems for Air Liquide and contributing to a multi-million dollar plant restructuring project at Gorton's. Matthew's background also includes operations and maintenance experience from an internship at MIT Lincoln Laboratory and part-time work in sales at Sacred Heart University. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Sustainable Energy Systems from Northeastern University.
