Donn Casale

Mr. Casale joined Dynavax in 2017 and currently serves as Senior Vice President of Commercial. Previously, Mr. Casale served as Vice President of Sales & Marketing where he was responsible for developing and managing all aspects of US commercial including the go-to market strategy, brand P&L, marketing, and sales execution to support the launch of HEPLISAV-B. Mr. Casale has more than 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with over 12 of those years directly related to vaccines. Mr. Casale began his career in 2000 at Merck where he held a variety of positions with increasing responsibility in sales leadership, marketing, and corporate strategy to support the launches of ZOSTAVAX®, GARDASIL®, ROTATEQ® and PROQUAD®. In addition to his experience at Merck, Mr. Casale spent 3 years at Depomed where he held management positions in marketing and sales operations. Mr. Casale earned a B.A degree in Political Science from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
