Jason Cleaver

Jason Cleaver has extensive experience in the finance industry, with a focus on healthcare investment banking. Jason started their career at Citi as a Credit and Portfolio Analyst from June 2014 to July 2015. Jason then joined Mizuho Securities Co., Ltd. in July 2015 as a Healthcare Investment Banker, and they worked there until November 2018. From November 2018 to April 2023, Jason worked at RBC Capital Markets as part of their Healthcare Investment Banking team. Currently, they are the Director of Strategic Finance at Dynavax Technologies, a position they have held since April 2023.

Jason Cleaver attended Central York High School from 2004 to 2008. Jason went on to study Economics at Buffalo State University, where they earned their BS degree from 2010 to 2014. In terms of additional certifications, Jason obtained the Chartered Market Technician designation from the Market Technicians Association in 2013 and the Series 79 / 63 certification from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) in 2016.
