Cindy is responsible for the day-to-day management and administration of technology and business operations. She has over 30 years of experience leading the design, development, and management of software applications. Cindy’s experience in Information Technology delivery includes software development, database management, systems management, and project management. She is constantly motivating her team to leverage innovative software and tools to supply the best customer solutions. She earned a Master’s Certificate in Software Development Management at the University of Maryland. Cindy earned a B.A. in History and Russian from Drew University, Madison, New Jersey. Cindy is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
