Shanti Barnes (she/her/hers) has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. In 2021, they were the Director of Communications for Dynepic, Inc. Prior to that, they were the Founder of Pivot Consulting from 2020 to 2021. From 2017 to 2020, they were a Senior Communications Manager and Senior Communications Leader at Microsoft. At WE Communications, they were an Account Director from 2017 to 2020, and an Account Manager, Account Executive, and Senior Account Executive from 2007 to 2017. From 2004 to 2007, they were the Community Relations Director at The Salvation Army. Shanti was an Education Writer/Edmonds Editor at The Enterprise Newspaper from 2002 to 2004, a Freelance Writer at The Daily Herald of Everett, Washington in 2002, and an Intern at KOMO TV in 2001.
