Steve Wilkins

Steve Wilkins, PMP, ITIL, currently serves as the Head of Cybersecurity & IT Service Delivery at Dynex Capital, Inc. since August 2022. With extensive experience in cybersecurity and IT management, Steve previously held senior positions at Synoptek, Wells Fargo, PeakMade Real Estate, and The Collier Companies, where responsibilities included program management, IT strategy development, and cybersecurity consulting. A former U.S. Naval Officer, Steve led diverse teams and gained leadership experience in critical operations, with a foundation in technical and nuclear systems. Steve holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and Law from the University of Florida and completed education at the Naval Postgraduate School and Nuclear Power School.
