Daniel Pottage has a diverse work experience that spans several industries. Daniel currently works as a Module Design Engineer at Dynex Semiconductor Ltd, where they are responsible for designing parts and fixtures using CAD software. Daniel oversees the design phase from initial concepts to liaising with suppliers.

Prior to this, Daniel worked as a Mechanical Engineering Intern at Romax Technology, where they gained an understanding of wind turbine operation and maintenance. Daniel also has experience as a Games Tester at Rockstar Games, where they tested pre-release and final builds of video games and reported issues. Daniel demonstrated an eye for detail, the ability to work in large teams, and the capability to manage their workload independently.

Additionally, Daniel had a work experience placement at Siemens, where they observed the assembly and quality control processes of gas turbines. Daniel gained knowledge of industry-standard machinery such as Coordinate Measuring Machines, Electrical Discharge Machines, and Computer Numerical Controlled grinders.

At CfBT Education Services, Daniel worked as an Apprentice Support Officer, where they used Microsoft Office for various tasks. Daniel also provided support to colleagues with technical problems and miscellaneous admin work.

Daniel Pottage attended the University of Lincoln from 2015 to 2019, where they pursued a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Mechanical Engineering.
