Rod Smith

Rod Smith started their work experience in 1984 as a Technician at MEDL (Marconi). Rod then worked as a Service Engineer at Semitool from 1994 to 1996. Following that, they joined Dynex Semiconductors in 1996 as a Senior Engineer Equipment Maintenance, where they were involved in repairs and servicing of semiconductor production tools.

Rod Smith obtained a NEBOSH certification in Occupational Health and Safety from Assured Safety Solutions in 2013. Additionally, they earned a BTEC Higher National Certificate (HNC) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from North Lincolnshire College between 1991 and 1993. Before that, from 1988 to 1991, they pursued a City & Guilds 224 Electronic Servicing certification in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the same institution.
