Thomas de Lange is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various high-performance sectors. Currently serving as Programme & Quality Director at Dynisma since March 2024, Thomas previously held multiple key positions, including Chief Executive Officer, Managing Director, and Chief Operating Officer at Dymag Group Ltd from May 2019 to March 2024. Prior to that, Thomas contributed to Dyson from June 2013 to April 2019 as Head of Research – Process Improvement and Head of Floorcare Research, overseeing a large team focused on innovative technology development. Thomas's earlier career highlights include significant achievements at Penske Racing and Renault F1 Team, with notable success in NASCAR and Formula 1, as well as a robust educational background in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Southampton.
