Ross Davidson

Ross Davidson is an experienced legal professional currently serving as General Manager - Legal and Corporate Counsel at Dyno Nobel since November 2020. Previously, Ross held the position of Senior Counsel at Occidental Chemical Corporation from January 2017 to November 2020. Prior to that, Ross was a Member at Dykema Cox Smith from September 2006 to January 2017, where assistance was provided to clients on corporate and securities law matters, including business transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, and venture capital financings. Ross holds a J.D. with an emphasis in Corporate Law from the University of California, Los Angeles - School of Law (2006) and a B.A. in English with a minor in Political Science from Brigham Young University (2003).
