Shane Hase

Shane Hase is an experienced professional currently serving as the Operational Readiness and Transition Manager at Dyno Nobel since July 2025, where the focus is on managing the transition of the manufacturing site to cease operations by the end of the year. In addition, Shane holds the position of Director at the Geelong Manufacturing Council since December 2024. Previous roles include various management positions at Incitec Pivot Fertilisers from February 2017 to July 2025, including Production Manager, Regional Manager for Victoria, and Distribution Manager. Shane's career also includes a tenure at Wengfu Australia as Distribution Manager, and roles at Nufarm and Alcoa Australia Rolled Products, where responsibilities encompassed production management, safety adherence, and leading operational improvements. Education includes a Cert IV in Engineering from Victoria University, a Diploma in Competitive Manufacturing from Wiseman Institute, and an apprenticeship in Structural Steel/Boilermaking from Gordon TAFE.
