Santosh Kumar Verma has extensive experience in the publishing industry, with a focus on sales and marketing roles. Santosh Kumar began their career in 1994 at McGraw-Hill Education, where they generated business from the school segment. Santosh Kumar then worked at Elsevier as a Sales Manager, where they set up a distribution channel and managed key accounts for medical science books. From 2005 to 2009, Santosh worked at Thieme Publishers as the Director of Sales & Marketing, focusing on developing the books, online, and journals business in the South Asia region. Santosh Kumar later served as the Director and Chief Executive Officer at Vitasta Publishing Pvt. Ltd. from 2009 to 2011. Santosh also held the role of Senior Manager at John Wiley & Sons, India, where they focused on channel development for business books and higher education. From 2012 to 2016, they worked as the Executive Vice President at S.Chand Group / Vikas Publishing, the largest publishing company in India. Santosh then served as the Senior Vice President at Prozo, offering Amazon-like fulfillment to SMEs and D2C brands, for a brief period in 2016. Most recently, they have been the MD & CEO at BLACKSPINE HEALTHCARE since 2017. In November 2021, Santosh started a new role at Dynos Inc. as the Managing Director-India & International Sales, where they focus on empowering education through dynamic digital content.
