Tom P. has a diverse work experience in various industries and roles. Tom started their career in 1993 by founding and operating their own technology consulting firm, Knowledge Base. Tom provided executive consultation to various well-known companies in the graphics industry.

From 1999 to 2001, Tom worked at RSM McGladrey as the Manager of IT for the Western Region Infrastructure and IT Security Practice. Tom designed and managed a consulting practice, overseeing strategic planning and implementation for ERP software in manufacturing, distribution, and financial companies.

In 2001, Tom joined The Irvine Company as the Senior Manager of IT - Infrastructure. Tom developed infrastructure strategies aligned with business objectives and implemented processes and policies to increase productivity and reduce costs.

From 2003 to 2005, Tom worked at Ameriquest Capital Group as the Director of IT for Enterprise Application Infrastructure and System Engineering. Tom led a national specialty mortgage lender, ensuring system stability and enhancing access strategies for mission-critical loan origination.

Tom then joined Quick Loan Funding in 2005 as the CTO/Vice President of Technology/Director of IT. Tom achieved significant improvements in loan origination processing time, lead-to-close ratio, and call center operations.

From 2007 to 2011, Tom worked at Kinecta Federal Credit Union as the Director of IT for Enterprise Infrastructure and Operations. Tom led the Information Technology team and managed financial products and subsidiaries for the credit union.

In 2012, Tom held two positions. Tom first worked at Toyota Motor Corporation as the DevOps Director, delivering capabilities and features for various Toyota websites. Later, they joined Beachbody, LLC as the Senior Director of IT, Infrastructure, and CISO. Tom directed operations and supported online direct-to-consumer and network marketing, ensuring infrastructure and information security compliance.

Since 2013, Tom has been working at DynTek as an Executive Business and Technology Solution Consultant. Tom advises executives and business leaders on strategic direction, security, and operations, solving complex transformation problems at local, state, and international levels.

Tom P. completed their Bachelor's of Science degree in Business Management from Grand Canyon University from 2017 to 2019. Additionally, they obtained the Cisco Business Architecture Practitioner Certification from Cisco in August 2016, and the Certified Americans with Disabilities Amendments Act Advocate certification from Dr. Karin Huffer in 2014.
