Eric McNeal

Eric McNeal began their work experience in 1993 at AT&T as a Design Engineer. Eric then worked at Nortel Networks and Avaya as a Sr. Systems Engineer. In 2010, they joined ConvergeOne as a Sr. Convergence Engineer and later transitioned to a role as a Systems Engineer Manager at Polycom. Eric also worked at Enghouse Interactive and Presence Technology as a Sales Director / Channel Manager. From 2018 to 2021, they were a Channel Sales Manager at Graco. Most recently, they worked at Twitter as a Product Operations Manager II. Currently, they are Chief Technology Officer at Innovative Technology Solutions, LLC.

Eric McNeal began their education at the Community College of the Air Force from 1989 to 1996, where they pursued a degree in management with a field of study in Communications Specialist. Eric then attended the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee's Lubar College of Business from 1994 to 1999, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree, specializing in Management with a focus on Marketing and Management Information Systems (MIS).
