Tim Brodbeck

Tim Brodbeck, CSP, currently serves as Supervisor of Training and Engagement at DYOPATH since May 2023, after previously holding the position of Training and Development Specialist. Prior experiences include Program Team Lead at Kelly from April 2021 to May 2023, and Customer Service Representative at D.L. Martin from June 2020 to April 2021. Earlier roles involved recruiting and managing teams at a private company and Elwood Staffing Services, where Tim fulfilled the roles of Recruiting Manager and Branch Manager respectively. Tim's experience also includes assisting as an Assistant Branch Manager at Berks and Beyond Employment Services. Hospitality roles include Bartender at Carriage House Inn Ltd. and Business Development Manager at Adams County Winery, where Tim successfully opened a new market store. Tim began a career in management as General Manager at McDonald's. Tim Brodbeck is currently pursuing a Certificate Program in English Language and Literature at Eureka College and holds credits towards a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania.
