Sam Burruano

Sam Burruano is currently a trustee at D'Youville University. Sam previously worked as the assistant general counsel-retail services and assistant corporate secretary-svp at First Niagara Bank from March 2011 to October 2016. In this role, they were responsible for various corporate matters, including conferring with business leaders on M&A, contractual, and litigation matters.
