Yvonne Johansen

Yvonne Johansen is an accomplished veterinary professional with extensive experience in animal welfare and management. As the Dyreværnschef at Dyrenes Beskyttelse (Animal Protection Denmark) since June 2013, Yvonne has held various titles including veterinarian and project leader. Prior experience includes serving as a hospitalsdyrlæge at the University of Copenhagen from September 2006 to July 2012, and practicing as a veterinarian at NGA Hestepraksis from March 2005 to September 2006. Yvonne's educational background includes a Master's in Management Development from Copenhagen Business School (2023-2024), a Diplomuddannelse in Leadership from DTU - Technical University of Denmark (2019-2022), and a degree in Veterinary Medicine from Den Kgl. Veterinær- og Landbohøjskole (1999-2005).
