Dalip Singh

Mr Kaka Singh is the Senior Partner and Chairman of RSM Chio Lim LLP. Having been in international accounting, Mr Singh has a wealth of experience and his work includes consultancy relating to accounting and auditing matters including those for the charity sector. He has extensive experience in IPO assignments, company secretarial matters, corporate governance issues, training and staff development. Prior to joining RSM Chi Lim LLP in 2000, Mr Singh was a senior partner at a Big 4 firm.

He is a regular speaker at conferences & seminars, and has held many key positions in various accounting bodies. In 2010, Kaka was awarded the inaugural ACCA Award in recognition of his tireless dedication and contribution to the accounting profession; he was awarded the Silver Medal of the ISCA.

Mr Kaka Singh chairs the Finance Sub Committee and the Human Resources Sub Committee.
