Vincent Chen

Mr. Vincent Chen was one of the first DAS Executive Committee Members and played a leading role in the drafting of the original DAS Constitution. He is currently their Honorary Treasurer. He is also a member of the Building Committee and the Finance Committee. Mr. Chen is also active in several other voluntary welfare organizations including Kwong Wai Shiu Hospital and Rainbow Centre.

Mr. Chen spent 17 years in the banking industry with First National Bank of Chicago, Bank of America, and Banque Francaise du Commerce Exterieur. Subsequently, in 1988 he co-founded a financial consulting firm, Sidi, Chen & Associates. Since 1993, he has been managing his personal and family investments. In recent years Mr. Chen has served as an independent director for several Singapore public listed companies. Today he is still an independent director of the manager of Suntec Reit.

Mr. Chen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Cornell University and a Master of Business Administration from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
