Benjamin Johnson has extensive experience in the beauty and food industries, currently serving in various leadership roles at Dyson since September 2017, including Head of Transformation and Head of Product Development. Prior to Dyson, Benjamin worked at Nestlé from January 2007 to September 2017, achieving notable distinctions such as being one of the youngest Conformance Managers in the UK, winning the Best Defect Reduction Project in Nestlé Zone Europe, and leading key quality assurance projects. Earlier experience includes a brief tenure as a Customer Service Advisor at Ventura. Benjamin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Cellular & Molecular Biology from Oxford Brookes University, completed in 2006.
