Chen Shubin

Chen Shubin currently serves as the Head of Global Graphic & Packaging at Dyson, a position held since September 2023. Prior to this role, Chen was the Head of Packaging Sustainability & Innovation at Harman Kardon from December 2021 to August 2023. Experience includes leadership roles in innovation and sustainability at Huhtamaki (July 2018 - June 2021) and Nestlé, where responsibilities included heading Corporate Packaging for Greater China from 2012 to June 2018. Additional experience encompasses packaging engineering at Cadbury plc. in Canada, senior packaging management at Unilever, and senior packaging development management at Mars China. Chen holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Tsinghua University and has previous academic experience at Beijing University.
