Diane Lim-Sisler

Diane Lim-Sisler is an experienced finance and operations leader, currently serving as Director of Global Product Cost at Dyson since January 2022. Prior to this role, Diane spent over 17 years at Texas Instruments, holding various management positions, including Director of Finance and Operations, where leadership in finance team transformation and capital investments was delivered. Diane also directed the APAC Corporate Audit, enhancing compliance programs and regulatory controls. Other notable roles at Texas Instruments encompassed strategic management in financial planning, supply chain operations, and business analysis. Earlier career experience includes a Financial Management Program at GE, focusing on strategic financial analysis with substantial P&L responsibilities. Diane holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from RMIT University.
