Hernando Arias, MBA, MEng, is an accomplished professional in advanced manufacturing engineering with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Advanced Manufacturing Engineering at Dyson since March 2018, Hernando leads technology and product development manufacturing teams across all Dyson product categories. Previously, as Manager of Advanced Manufacturing Engineering at Dyson, Hernando collaborated on global strategies and initiated tactical improvements for new product development. Prior positions include Manufacturing Operations Manager at IMI Precision Engineering, where Hernando implemented lean techniques, developed teams, and achieved significant productivity savings, and roles at Schneider Electric where Hernando led industrialization processes for new product introductions.
