Jesrin Kaur

Jesrin Kaur is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in strategic financial leadership across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of Finance for the Research & Development Division at Dyson since March 2024, Jesrin manages global operational and capital expenditure consolidation while collaborating with executive leadership. Prior to this role, experience at Thermo Fisher Scientific included positions as Regional Head of Finance for the Electron Microscopy Division in APAC, leading annual budgeting and strategic planning for a division worth $1.5 billion, as well as a series of senior financial roles focusing on business growth and operational excellence. Further experience at Dell involved managing global inventory and procurement finance, contributing to significant cost savings. Jesrin began a career foundation at PwC Malaysia and holds a Bachelor of Accounting from Universiti Sains Malaysia.
