Jyoti Saxena

Jyoti Saxena is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources, talent management, and diversity and inclusion. Currently, as the Senior Diversity and Inclusion Manager for APAC at Dyson since November 2017, Jyoti has played a pivotal role in shaping workforce engagement, performance culture, and talent acquisition strategies. Prior to Dyson, Jyoti served at ITC Limited as the L&D and Talent Manager, leading various organizational development initiatives and enhancing recruitment processes. Jyoti’s career began at TCS as an Assistant System Engineer, where noteworthy contributions included training initiatives and recognition through awards. Jyoti holds an MBA in Human Resources from SIBM Pune and a B.Tech. in Computer Science from Bharti Vidhyapeeth, New Delhi.
